This Privacy Policy explains how App2Ace ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile applications and this website (together, the "Services"). Some apps have their own privacy notice with app-specific details; where they differ, the app-specific notice applies.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Content you enter or upload to use a feature (for example text, photos or questions), and messages you send us for support.
- Usage and device data. Basic, non-identifying diagnostics such as app version, device model, OS version, crash reports and feature usage, used to keep apps stable and improve them.
- Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or in-app item, payment is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of the purchase, never your card details.
- Permissions. Some apps ask for access to the camera, photos, microphone, location or notifications. This access is only used for the feature you requested and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.
How we use information
- To provide app features, including AI-powered features that process your input to return a result.
- To maintain, secure and improve our apps and fix problems.
- To manage subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate our apps, such as cloud hosting, analytics and crash reporting, AI model providers and subscription management. They process data on our behalf, only for these purposes, and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Some apps may show ads through advertising partners, which may use device identifiers in line with your device's privacy settings and consent choices.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. Content processed by AI features is not retained longer than necessary to deliver the result unless the app clearly tells you otherwise (for example, saved history you can delete).
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete in-app data from within the app where available, or contact us and we will help. You can withdraw permissions at any time in your device settings.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
